NSBM
NSBM can be called the first green university in South Asia and is designed in an environmentally friendly manner. It is located on a 26-acre land in Pitipana North Grama Niladhari Division No. 484 of the Homagama Divisional Secretariat and has lecture halls, exhibition halls, auditoriums, libraries, a sports complex, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a student center, shops and hostel facilities for students and staff.
Under the Foreign University Cooperation Foundation, which awards degrees with the approval of the University Grants Commission; International degree courses are offered locally to students with the University of Plymouth (UK), Victoria University (Australia) and Southern Cross University (Australia).
Currently expanding under the second phase (15 acres) and third phase (20 acres), it is expected to grow to a total of 60 acres and start new faculties such as medicine, law, and health sciences.

දකුණු ආසියාවේ පළමු හරිත විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය ලෙස NSBM හැඳින්විය හැකි අතර එය පරිසර හිතකාමීව නිර්මාණය වී ඇත.හෝමාගම ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාසයේ අංක 484 පිටිපන උතුර ග්‍රාම නිලධාරී වසමේ පිහිටි අක්කර 26 භූමි භාගයක ස්ථාපිත මෙහි දේශනා ශාලා, ප්‍රදර්ශනාගාර, ශ්‍රවණාගාර, පුස්තකාල, ක්‍රීඩා සංකීර්ණයක්, පිහිණුම් තටාකයක්, කායවර්ධන මධ්‍යස්ථානයක්, ශිෂ්‍ය මධ්‍යස්ථානයක් මෙන්ම, වෙළෙඳසැල්ද සහ ශිෂ්‍යයන් සහ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය සඳහා නේවාසිකාගාර පහසුකම්ද ඇත.
විශ්ව විද්‍යාල ප්‍රතිපාදන කොමිසමේ අනුමැතිය සහිතව උපාධි පිරිනමන මෙහි විදෙස් විශ්වවිද්‍යාල සහයෝගිතා පදනම යටතේ; University of Plymouth (UK), Victoria University (Australia) සහ Southern Cross University (Australia) යන විශ්වවිද්‍යාල සමඟ අන්තර්ජාතික උපාධි පාඨමාලා සිසුන්ට දේශීයව ලබා දේ.
දැනට දෙවන අදියර (අක්කර 15) සහ තෙවන අදියර (අක්කර 20) යටතේ විස්තාරය වෙමින්, සමස්ත අක්කර 60 දක්වා විශාල වී වෛද්‍ය, නීති, සෞඛ්‍ය විද්‍යා වැනි නව පීඨ ආරම්භ කිරීමටද අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ.
